I ordered online 6/16/2025 but when I got the email I messed up the order. I called the number provided and one of the employees helped me change it. They had already started making the pizza but he was friendly, professional and apologized for a lengthy wait on the phone. When I arrived to pick up he again addressed my issue and even gave me a coupon for future purchases. I drove from an appointment in Lorton, passing at least 10 or more pizza places. Dale city Pizza Hut employees are professional and always willing to help. Special appreciation for Amran and Mo who made my experience today 06/16/25 very pleasant. Went this evening Valentine’s Day today 2/14/2025 . Placed our order online for pickup a Large pan Pizza .Arrived to pick up our Pizza They were extremely busy, but everyone was working very hard : I made the comment to the manager thank you you’re working very hard and we appreciate it. There were so many people in line everyone seemed patient. our food was hot and fresh very good. I tipped them very well and I appreciate their efforts. Good job tonight.! Dale city Pizza Hut . We love this location because they still have indoor seating. It’s great.
The gentlemen brought the plates and napkins to our table then our food when it was ready. The whole place was clean and the bathroom was even warm.
The associate which I believe was the manager was very helpful. I was having a problem placing a on line order and he was very patient trying to get it to work he tried everything to get it but couldn't. He did honor the pricing.
I hadn't not ordered from Pizza hut in a while and I was pleasantly pleased with the Chicken Bacon Parmesan Melt for $6.99. It was plenty of meat and cheesy. I asked for marinara sauce vs ranch. If you have any left it actually heats up well in the air fryer. It was hot and crispy.
